His resume includes management positions with many restaurants in London and abroad, quality assurance, and franchise development. He specialises in the turnaround of underperforming units and the set up and opening of large restaurants with large teams. His goal in founding Foodication was to create a restaurant consultancy group through which he could impart all of the food, service and operational knowledge he has accumulated throughout his career.
