Who Are We?
Foodication Restaurants Ltd is a London-based hospitality and food & beverage consultancy founded in 2013 by Vasken Jermakian. We work with food entrepreneurs, independent operators, and growing hospitality businesses, helping them start smarter, operate better, and scale with confidence.
With over three decades of hands-on experience across the full spectrum of food service — from global QSR and fast-casual brands to independent neighbourhood restaurants — we bring a rare combination of corporate rigour and entrepreneurial understanding to every client engagement.
Since 2013, we have been a trusted workshop facilitator at the British Library's Business & Intellectual Property Centre (BIPC) in King's Cross — one of the UK's most respected resources for entrepreneurs and small business owners. For over twelve years, we have delivered the flagship workshop, "Learn how to open your restaurant, café, bakery, or food business " to over one thousand aspiring food entrepreneurs from across the country.
